  1. What makes these sheets different than other sheets?

      We combine the quality of the yarn, with an authentic weave, to enhance the strength and softness of the sheet.

  2.  I heard 100% cotton sheets wrinkle?

      Cotton sheets have a tendency to wrinkle some, but are worth it when you feel the softness.

 3.  Why are the not as soft as I thought?

      These sheets will get softer with each washing.

  4.  What makes Egyptian Cotton Sheets special?

  5.  Will the sheets create lint and pill after long wear?

       Cotton grown in the Egyptian fields will also produce less lint and therefore will not pill after repeated washings as some                     materials may do. 

  6.  Some sheets will say Cotton Rich.  Is there a difference?

       If the package says "cotton rich" the actual amount of cotton, whether Egyptian or other cotton, if not stated, can be a                       very small amount. It is better to select products that state 100% cotton or, if choosing a blend fabric, that                                         clearly state the exact proportion of cotton in the bedding. This will ensure your product composition is                                              one that you will be pleased with.

   7. Do you see my Credit Card Number?

       No.  Your Credit Card Merchant is the only one who has access to your number.  Everything  is done through them.

   8.  Refunds?

       The credit card merchant gives us 60 days to contact them to put a credit back on your card.  The merchant uses your
       name and a transaction number they provide to do all refunds.
